Each Presbyterian church belongs to a neighborhood of congregations, called a presbytery.  We are a part of the Presbytery of the Susquehanna Valley.  

 

A number of presbyteries  make up a regional group called a synod.  The synod for our area is the Synod for the Northeast.

 

The national group of Presbyterians is the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA).  They have a great website will all sorts of news, resources and links!  It’s definitely worth a visit.
